Equipment Hire Agreement & Liability Waiver
Available from Super-User on first hire.
1. Parties and Equipment
The Hirer:
Date Range:
The Supplier: Jenny Stokes, Elite Sport Ltd
The Equipment: Pongbot Pace S Pro (including Battery, Remote, and UWB Tracking
Sensors).
Hire Fee: £15 per day (payable via cash or BACS to Elite Sport Limited, Sort code:
404001 and Account number:41545248
2. Mandatory "Super User" Induction
Access to the Pongbot Pace S Pro is strictly conditional upon:
Completion of an initial Safety & Operational Induction led by a Club-trained "Super
User."
The Hirer having read the Risk Assessment and User Manual which are posted within
the clubhouse cabin.
Successful demonstration by the Hirer of the ability to set up, operate, and pack away
the machine and its tracking sensors correctly.
A signed copy of this agreement being held on file by the Hirer and Supplier.
3. Safety & Usage Restrictions
The Hirer agrees to the following safety protocols as outlined in the manufacturer's manual:
Safety Guide: The Hirer signs that they have read the safety guide, received instruction
from the super user and no the essential safety information.
No Entry Zones: Never reach inside the ball carousel or stand directly in front of the
launch portal while the machine is powered on.
Ball Quality: Use only dry, clean tennis balls. Wet or damp balls can damage the
internal drive wheels and void the warranty.
UWB Sensors: Tracking sensors must be handled with care and returned to the
charging dock immediately after use.
Weather: The machine is not waterproof. Use must cease immediately in the event of
rain or damp conditions.
Supervision: Use by juniors (under 18) requires continuous adult supervision by an
"Inducted User."
4. Assumption of Risk & Liability
At Own Risk: The Hirer acknowledges that using a high-velocity ball machine involves
inherent risks of injury. The Hirer uses the equipment at their own risk.
Release of Liability: Braughing Tennis Club and Elite Sport Limited shall not be held
liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from the use of the
Pongbot Pace S Pro.
Damage to Equipment: The Hirer is responsible for the equipment during the session.
Any damage beyond "reasonable wear and tear" (e.g., damage caused by dropping the
machine, using incorrect balls, or leaving it in the rain) will be the financial
responsibility of the Hirer.
5. Reporting & Maintenance
Any malfunctions, strange noises, or damage must be reported immediately to [Jenny

The Hirer must not attempt to open the main casing or perform independent repairs.

Power & Battery: How to safely insert, remove, and charge the battery. [ ]
UWB Tracking: Correct placement of net-post and player sensors. [ ]
The App: Connection via Bluetooth and selecting/customising drills. [ ]
Mechanical Safety: Identifying the "Emergency Stop" on the remote and app. [ ]
Packing Away: Cleaning the hopper and clearing any jammed balls. [ ]
User Manual, Safety Guide, Hire Agreement and Risk Assessment are all available to view in the club cabin.
