WELCOME TO BRAUGHING

Braughing Tennis Club has two courts, both porous asphalt. Court 1 was built in 1974 and Court 2 2004.

Both are well maintained and enclosed by  high netting. Individually locked, with a bothy hut in between.

Adult, Junior & Family memberships are available.

The beautiful village of Braughing is home to the Braughing Tennis Club which, nestles at the top of the playing fields of Braughing beside a large grassy field where both football and cricket are played.

Braughing Tennis Club had it's first court built in 1974 and the lower court added in 2004. Both have Porous Asphalt surfaces. There is a small, open gazebo shelter between the two courts. Both courts have a wooden bench and are surrounded by interlinking wire mesh.

Car parking is available beside the BPFAT (Braughing Playing Fields Association Trust) Community Hall and also in the field behind the hall.

We currently have a membership of 80 people, covering Adult, Junior and Family memberships. Membership commences in April each year and a new padlock key assigned to each member. Applications for membership should be directed to the Members Secretary, via email on this site.

The standard of play is varied and all abilities are made very welcome.
